We made the Salisbury Steaks with Onion Gravy and guess what?
She ate the whole thing.
Gravy, onions, broccoli, steak, mashed potatoes — the works.
We shaped the patties into six baby-friendly portions instead of four and skipped a bit of the butter, but otherwise? She was in it.
And the mashed potatoes?
She absolutely demolished them. Like she was carb-loading for baby Olympics. Gravy all over her face, fistfuls of mash—it was glorious. I’m still finding little potato smears in strange places.
Not a single modification for her plate. No holding back. No picky bits. Just one very satisfied, gravy-covered toddler.
File this one under: “Order again and make double.”
