We made the tofu without the sweet chili heat sauce and served it up with hope.
She gave it a fair try… and then passed.
Cabbage? Hard no.
Tofu? Surprisingly not her thing that night.
The tortilla shell? That was the highlight. Soft carbs for the win.
Luckily, Grandma and Grandpa had sent us home with leftover masala eggplant and coconut rice, and that was much more her vibe. She happily tucked into it.
Dessert was golden kiwi and milk—simple, sticky, and a total win.
