This one came with salad, creamy hummus dressing, and enough bold flavour to make you question whether this might finally be the HelloFresh meal she finishes in one sitting.
Spoiler: it wasn’t.
She started strong—loved the meat and tomatoes, was suspiciously enthusiastic about the olives (I expected a dramatic spit-take, but nope, she kept going), and was fully committed to the carrots like they were going out of style.
But halfway through, she tapped out. Probably a combination of daytime grazing and a sleepy baby clock. We packed up the rest and she’ll be lunching like a queen tomorrow.
Honestly, this meal is baby-friendly if you portion things out carefully and skip the salad dressing for the little one. Would do it again—just maybe at lunch.
