Today’s grown-up dinner: Smart Sesame Pork Bowls.
Baby’s dinner? A totally safe, totally tasty remix.

How we baby-prepped it:
- Pork got chopped into mini, mushable bites
- Zucchini, sweet potato, and peppers all lost their skins (easier for baby gums)
- Everything was cooked till soft and fork-smashable
What we left off her plate:
- Green onions (too pokey)
- Sriracha mayo (too fiery)
- Sesame seeds (…oops. Forgot. No excuse.)
What we’d do differently:
- Actually peel the sweet potatoes first. That skin was still a bit chewy.
The verdict?
She was into it. Sweet potatoes were the clear fave, zucchini got slurped, pork was a hit. Bell peppers? Meh. We’ll try again next week.
